Our Chiropractor, Dr. Anne Acosta is licensed in the state of Georgia and is educated and trained by Palmer, the original school of Chiropractic. She is trained in Palmer Package which is a series of gentle techniques. She takes pride as a lifetime chiropractic patient herself in choosing the best techniques suited for each patients needs. Dr. Acosta enjoys treating patients from newborns to the elderly and is dedicated and focused to improving their health and way of life.

Our massage therapist's are highly trained in all aspects of massage therapy such as: deep tissue massage, swedish, pregnancy and sports massage. We work very hard to provide so many valuable services and we work even harder to make every individual feel special.

Our Wellness Center offers gentle chiropractic treatments for the entire spine and extremities, has therapeutic and relaxing treatments for the face and body, and offers a state-of-the-art Biomeridian thermal scan which determines each individual's nutritional needs. All this in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.

Dr. Anne Acosta graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2000. She specializes in gentle, specific Chiropractic care for the entire family. Dr. Anne has a passion and love for children. As a mother of four, she knows how important it is to take care of a healthy growing spine. She believes the sooner a child gets examined and treated, the better chance they have to develop properly as they mature.

Dr. Anne was trained in Palmer Package which is a variety of mainstream techniques such as, Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson Drop, Toggle, Lumbar Flexion/Distraction and Activator Methods. These techniques are used according to what’s best for the patient and their treatment. Dr. Anne enjoys treating patients of all ages and is dedicated and focused on improving their health and way of life. Her office is equipped with the proper adjusting tables for people of all sizes including pregnant women. Dr. Anne and her husband, Mark, have four sweet children named Josie (7), Lucas (7), Conor (3), and Ava (1). They are very active parents and enjoy traveling to visit family any chance they get.

Jeanette our massage therapist is also licensed in the state of Georgia. She graduated from Georgia Massage Institute and has been practicing for Bodyworx since 2005. She is trained in all aspects of massage therapy such as: deep tissue, swedish, pregnancy, hot stone and sports massage.

Jeanette is a lifelong resident of Barrow County and on her time off she dedicates her time to her husband, Tim, and children, Jonathan and Annie Grace. She has a great passion for her horses and they spend time going to different Rodeos and events to watch Annie Grace perform.

“Dr. Acosta has been amazing! We started seeing her many years ago when I had sprained my ankle. At the time I was coaching her children and she noticed the crutches and wrapped ankle. She offered to adjust it to decrease swelling. While I was skeptical ( and slightly afraid of it hurting), she wa right! It didn’t hurt and the swelling came way down. That’s when we switched to her as a chiropractor. She’s been adjusting me and my children for years! She’s gentle and effective. When we feel “off”, my kids are quick to check when we will be seeing her. With athletes as kids, it has been great to see how the adjustments keep them feeling well and growing right!
